Before the Social 

☐ Schedule a quick planning call (30 mins or less) with Suzi 
☐ Set the date and duration (3–4 days, plus 2-day closeout) 
☐ Create a Private Facebook Group (don’t invite guests yet!) 
☐ Add Handmade Gratitude as a co-host in the group 
☐ Receive and review the Host Checklist and tips 
☐ Invite 20–30+ friends and family to your party (the more, the better!) 
☐ Encourage your friends to join early—commenting and engaging boosts fun! 

Day Before the Party 

☐ Optional: Post a fun welcome or teaser message (Handmade Gratitude will guide you and will be posting a welcome announcement) 
☐ Remind your invited guests to join the group 
☐ Engage with any early comments to keep the energy up! 

During the Social 

☐ Like and comment on posts to boost visibility 
☐ Tag friends who might love specific products 
☐ Share your personal favorites or experiences with Handmade Gratitude 
☐ Answer questions if guests tag you (Handmade Gratitude will be handling most interactions) 
☐ Remind guests about games, giveaways, and shopping deadlines 

After the Social 

☐ Thank your guests for joining 
☐ Let guests know when the party will officially close 
 ☐ Help follow up with anyone interested in booking their own social 
☐ Celebrate your host rewards based on total guest purchases!
